Please make checks out to JB Gaurd (not MPH) for you donation, or donate cash.

The Leilani Triangle won't be an official race, but we do plan on having a fun workout/training paddle along with our beach event! Due to permitting issues we are unable to have an official in-the-water event, but we will have an event on the beach. In order to maximize the fun we'll still be timing from the beach and give awards on the beach for those that choose to do the training workout together. We'll likely be paddling from Hanakao'o to Black Rock, back down near Mala, and back up to Hanakao'o. And best of all, we'll be eating awesome food provided by Leilani's On The Beach after our workout!

Instead of the usual entry fees, we'll be asking for donations to the Emalia Fund for JB Gaurd and his young son who lost their wife/mother, Emalia, to cancer on Monday after a long battle with huge medical costs. There will be a ceremony for Emalia at the first Maliko race.

Located right on famous Ka'anapali Beach, Leilani's offers the perfect vantage point for viewing amazing sunsets framed by the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The open air dining room offers sweeping ocean views and features a menu of fresh Island fish, seafood, prime rib, steaks, and barbecue ribs. The outdoor Beachside Grill has long been a popular place for both residents and locals to enjoy their favorite casual fare while sipping exotic cocktails and enjoying live entertainment.
